Breaded seafood with fresh salad
- one package Kaluri seafood cocktail with scallops
- one egg
- 50 g flour
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 100 ml olive oil
- one lime
- one package lettuce mix
- one tomato
- 1/3 fresh cucumber
- olive oil
Beat the egg, add flour, salt and pepper and mix grated lime peel into the bread crumbs.
Drain the seafood mix in a sieve and bread in flour, then egg and then bread crumbs. Heat the oil and fry the seafood until golden. Slice the tomato and cucumber and add the salad mix.Season with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Serve with the breaded seafood.
