Fried scallops with warm salad

for two

INGREDIENTS:


  • six Kaluri scallops
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


SALAD:


  • one paprika
  • one zucchini
  • one tomato
  • one red onion
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 tbsp. Sweet Chilli sauce
  • salt
  • oil


PREPARATION:


Clean the vegetables, chop into cubes and sauté with a little hot oil. Add wine, Sweet Chilli sauce and season with salt and pepper. Quick-fry the scallops on both sides in a hot pan with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
