Seafood cocktail with tomato sauce and mozzarella

for two

INGREDIENTS:


  • one package Kaluri seafood cocktail
  • 50 g grated mozzarella


SAUCE:


  • 200 ml crushed tomatoes
  • two chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. red pesto
  • four leaves of freshly chopped basil
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • sugar
  • pepper
Toast and fresh salad for serving.


PREPARATION:


First, make the sauce. Fry the garlic in a little oil, add pesto and tomatoes. Quick-fry and season with salt, sugar, pepper and fresh basil. Thaw the seafood cocktail and spread in a little oven pan. Pour sauce on top and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Cook in a preheated oven at 220° C until the dish is golden on the top.

Serve warm with toast and green salad.
