Tortilla with sweet pepper & chilli shrimp and feta cheese
- 1 pack sweet pepper & chilli shrimp
- 2 large tortillas
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 handfuls salad leaves
- 100 g snow peas
- 1 pack feta cheese
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Defrost the shrimp in the fridge overnight.
Wash the tomatoes, peas and red onion. Slice the tomatoes and onion. Roast the tortillas on both sides. Fill the roasted tortillas with the tomatoes, feta cheese, salad leaves, peas, onion and paprika & chilli shrimp. Spread the mayonnaise on top and roll the tortilla.
Cut the tortilla diagonally from the middle and serve.
