Estonians consider fish not only as food, but an integral part of their culture and history.
The Estonian coast stretches for about 3,800 km, with the continental portion comprising about a third while the islands. Allegedly Estonia has 2,844 islands. The largest is the island of Saaremaa, where fish processing has long been cherished.

Prawns contain an abundance of nutrients, minerals, and microelements, they are low in calories, they are healthy, and what is most important – they are delicious.
In our product assortment are shell on shrimps, with different types and sizes. 

Prawns (Pandalus Borealis) sold under the trademark Kaluri are caught in the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean from a depth of approximately 400 meteres. In order to guarantee the best quality, the prawns are boiled and frozen on the fishing vessels. After boiling and peeling the prawns are glazed with ice, in order to protect them from drying.
The edible parts of a prawn are its body and tail. Peeled prawns are suitable for grilling and barbecue, or stir-frying in butter, with a pinch of garlic and parsley. In addition, you can also braise prawns in wine.
