Fried scallops with warm salad

INGREDIENTS:

Six Kaluri’s scallops
olive oil
salt
pepper

 

SALAD:

one paprika
one zucchini
one tomato
one red onion
50 ml white wine
2 teaspoons Sweet Chilli sauce
salt
pepper
olive oil

PREPARATION:

Clean, peel and chop the vegetables. Add wine, sweet chilli sauce and season with salt and pepper. Fry the scallops on both sides in a hot pan. Season with salt and pepper.
