Jansson’s temptation


400g Kaluri frozen sprats
200 g champignones
300 ml coffee cream
8 medium potatoes
2 pcs onions
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp small capers
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
tomatoes for liking


Cut the peeled potatoes into slices and place them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Then drain them.
Slice the onions and the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan. Clean the sprats. Row by row, place all the ingredients into the casserole, seasoning them with salt. Sprinkle with capers in between the rows. Pour over everything the coffee cream or pieces, and sprinkle on top of everything some breadcrumbs.
Bake until they are golden brown.
