Warm salad with breaded sprats


1 package Kaluri frozen sprats
200 g green zucchini
200 g yellow zucchini
100 g carrot
100 g yellow carrot
100 g cherry tomatoes
100 g onion
50 ml white wine
20 g butter
4 tk large capers
frying oil
rye flour for breading
radish sprouts for garnish


Slice the carrots and zucchini. Clean and slice the onion. Clean the sprats, close the stomachs of the sprats two by two, season with salt and bread them in rye flour. Heat the oil in a pan and melt the butter in the oil. Sauté the onion, carrots and zucchini strips. Add wine. Heat a little more and season with salt. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in halves and the herbs. In another pan, fry the sprats till golden brown. Serve immediately together with large capers. Garnish with radish sprouts, if you wish.
