Over-marinated spiced sprats


250 g Kaluri Saaremaa spiced sprats
1 smaller red onion
2 tbs small cappers
chopped dill

2-3 garlic cloves
4 tbs red wine vinegar
2 dl olive oil
1 tl Dijon mustardsugar


Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, chopped garlic and a little sugar. Chop the red onion and the dill. Slice the leeks and clean the sprats. Mix all the ingredients and pour over the marinade. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
They taste especially well with some black bread!
