Summer shrimp salad


1 package Kaluri shrimps for salad in brine
50 g rucola
50 g mangold
100 g frillice
30 g radish sprouts
30 g pumpkin seeds
40 g sun-dried tomatoes
30 g small capers
30 ml olive oil
lemon wedge


Chop the frillice to bite-size pieces, wash the salad and the frillice and dry in a salad spinner. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes. Stir the lemon juice into the olive oil and season it with salt and sugar.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and add the seasoned olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
